Maitland Beanie Competition

The Maitland Group of the Knitters’ Guild in partnership with Tocal Field Days is hosting a “Country Beanie Competition”.

This is an opportunity to show your creativity and connection to country with a “country” themed beanie.  The beanie can be either knitted or crocheted and can be made with any material.

There are great prizes to be won.  Two winners will be decided by a “People’s Choice” and by a panel of judges.

As the Guild newsletter is issued only 4 times a year, it isn’t always possible to keep all members up-to-date with what is happening in the Guild. From February 2015 a small news sheet with “bites” of information, and digitally (hence “Bytes”) will be sent out by email on or about the 15th of each month.

You can receive KG Bytes by logging into your account on the website and changing the box “Do you wish to receive other correspondence by email?”  If you haven’t logged in before, details of how to do this are on the front page of the website.

We do hope you enjoy it.  If there is anything you’d like us to include in the next or future issues, please let us know.
